Anacom leva Cabovisão a tribunal
A Cabovisão vai ser levada a tribunal pela Anacom por não ter pago uma coima aplicada pelo regulador. A coima de 15 mil euros foi aplicada em Abril deste ano e penalizava a Cabovisão pela não cedência de informação legalmente prevista.
A empresa de serviços de televisão por cabo, Internet e telefone não pagou a coima de forma voluntária nem avançou com qualquer recurso que contestasse a sua aplicação e justificasse o não pagamento. A inacção da Cabovisão motivou uma resposta da Anacom que neste caso é o recurso ao Tribunal de Comércio de Lisboa, para execução da coima.
A informação não fornecida pela Cabovisão tem a ver com dados relativos aos "serviços de retalho e interligação fixos para definir mercados relevantes e avaliar PMS" respeitantes ao ano de 2005.
